Purchase receipts are stored in your account details. Click on the ‘Account Details' tab at the top of the site. Then click the ‘Order History '. All of your purchase receipts will be listed there.

How do I change my member name?

You cannot, your username is infact your real name.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, click on the ‘Account Details' tab at the top of the site. Then on the right side of the page under ‘Tools' click ‘Change My Password'.

What can and can't be uploaded?

fotoTrip.co.uk welcomes all experience levels of photographers and non-photographers, but reserves the right to decline files in its discretion, including reasons based on the following criteria:

  • Poor Focus
  • Poor Lighting
  • Excessive Noise, Grain & Color Distortion
  • Compression Artifacts
  • Over Filtering
  • Poor Isolation & Cropping
  • Dust & Debris in Scans
  • Upsampling or Rezzing up Images
  • Poor Composition
  • Inappropriate Title or Description
  • Copyright / Trademark Infringement or Risk
  • Adult Content unsuitable for fotoTrip.co.uk
  • Profane or Violent Images

When do I need a model release?

If the images that you are submitting have an identifiable human face, then you will need a model release. Model release form are the signed permission to upload to the internet and sold.

This is particularly pertinant if the images are being used in the USA

How long will it take for my application or images to be reviewed?

Each image is checked individually by one of our Approval Administrators for various requirements such as size, file type, quality and copyright. This means that every image in the library has been downloaded, viewed at full size, checked exhaustively and qualitatively evaluated by at least one, but sometimes two or more Approval Inspectors.

If you are a new photographer and you have recently uploaded files, please be patient. Your image is in the queue, and will be processed in turn. If you are not getting a response for more than a week please contact us

The photographer makes 80% of selling price for digital downloads and 60% of selling price for prints..

 When and how do I get paid

It is in our best interest that you are paid as our business depends on it. Once you have made more than £50.00 you will be paid through PayPal. You will need to set up an account with PayPal using the same email address as you have used in your Account registration.
